There are many kinds of pipe fittings flange, as for which kind should be used, according to the nature of the medium and the pressure and working temperature of the evaluation decision.
For pipes connected with flanges, the flange surface shall be perpendicular and concentric to the center line of the pipe. The flange should be kept parallel, and the deviation should not be more than 1.5 ‰ of the outer diameter and not more than 2mm. The diameter and length of the connecting bolt of the flange plate should meet the specification requirements. Flange bolt hole should be installed in the middle of the span, should ensure that the bolts freely through the people, the nut on the same side. Tighten the bolts symmetrically. The TIGHTENED bolt should be close to the flange, its end should not be lower than the nut surface, should not be greater than 1/2 of the bolt diameter, exposed wire buckle 2 ~ 3 buckle. When washers are required, there should be no more than one bolt per bolt.
