Zhongshan QingGang Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. is located in No. 10, Jinfu Road, Pingnan Industrial Zone, Sanxiang Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, the company integrates R&D and production, and its products are widely used in medical equipment, electronic accessories, automotive pipe fittings, photographic equipment, food and daily hardware industries. It has passed GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and YY/T0287-2017/ISO 13485:2016 medical device quality management system compliance standard certification.
The company’s existing production plant covers an area of 8,000 square meters, and its main business is as follows:
1、Production of precision round and special-shaped steel pipes. Material: 316L, 304, 630, 631, 444, 430 and other stainless steel materials, wall thickness 0.05-1.0mm, outer diameter customized according to customer requirements, internal and external tolerance ± 0.01mm, finish Ra1.6-Ra0.2, straightness 5mm, concentricity 0.02mm, hardness HV180-420 degrees.
2、Laser cutting split hysteroscopic sheath, endoscopic hard tube, snake bone tube, puncture tube, irrigation drainage tube and dental instrument fittings; capillary catheter elbow; Dust-free workshop laser welding, cleaning surface treatment and other supporting processing.
3、Photographic equipment telescopic pipe fittings, high-altitude cleaning telescopic tools, outdoor pick-up tools and other hardware telescopic products; Food and industrial bending pipes and rollers; we always uphold the spirit of pragmatic and innovative craftsmen.
