For patients with abdominal fluid limited to one side of the abdomen, two drainage tubes are usually placed on one side of the abdomen, one tube is injected with normal saline, and abdominal lavage is performed. After rinsing the abdominal cavity, the fluid is drained to the outside of the body through the other drainage tube. For the patients with relatively dispersed and small amount of fluid accumulation, the relatively deep part of the fluid accumulation is selected for puncture and catheterization, and then normal saline is injected into the abdominal cavity to form artificial asitoneum. After repositioning the opposite abdomen, another drainage tube is inserted into the abdomen for puncture, thus forming two effective pathways in the abdominal cavity. The upper abdominal drainage tube is used for injection of normal saline, and after rinsing the abdominal cavity, Fluid is drained outside the body through a lower abdominal drainage tube.
