If the stainless steel tube parts need to be heated or welded, it is necessary to avoid or quickly cross the 450-850 ℃ sensitive area to prevent the intergranular corrosion of stainless steel. After the completion of stainless steel pipeline welding, slag and spatter on the weld surface should be removed in time. After nondestructive testing or inspection, pickling should be performed on and around the weld surface.

In the process of pipeline construction, only pickling and passivation are generally carried out on the welding joints. If the pipe pollution is serious or the quality requirements are strict, the above treatment can also be performed on all pipes. Specific steps are: remove oil stains with acetone; Soak or wash with acid lotion for 1 to 2 hours; Rinse the acid wash with cold water; Soaking or washing with passivation solution about LH; Rinse the passivation solution with cold water and let dry.
