Thermocouple is one of the most commonly used flat closed tube temperature detection elements in industry. The working principle of thermocouple is based on seeback effect, that is, two conductor ends of different components are connected into a loop. If the temperature of the two connecting ends is different, the thermal current will be generated in the loop. Its advantages are: ① high accuracy of measurement. Because the thermocouple is in direct contact with the measured object, it is not affected by the intermediate medium. ② Wide range of measurement. Common thermocouples can be measured from -50 to +1600℃, some special thermocouples can be measured to the lowest -269℃ (such as iron, nickel and chromium), up to +2800℃ (such as tungsten-rhenium). The structure is simple and convenient to use.
