Stainless steel plate quenching and tempering treatment is generally accepted solution quenching and tempering treatment, or “quenching”, the temperature range of the process is 1040~1120℃(Japanese standard). During the production and processing of steel tubes, you can also check the holes in the quench furnace. The steel tubes in the quenched area should be in the shape of incandescent and without softening or loosening.

2, quenching atmosphere. Generally, pure hydrogen is used as the quenching atmosphere of steel pipe, and the purity of the atmosphere is about 99.99%. If there is another inert gas in the atmosphere, the purity of pure hydrogen can be moderately reduced, but it is strictly prohibited to have excess oxygen cylinder and water gas.

3, furnace wall airtightness. The bright quench furnace must be sealed off from external gases. Generally, radon gas is used to maintain the vapor body. Only one outlet of the furnace wall is open, which is convenient to ignite radon gas. The inspection method is to wipe the water on each joint gap of the quench furnace to check whether there is steam leakage. The most vulnerable position of steam leakage is the area of the inlet and outlet pipeline of the quench furnace. The sealing ring here is easy to damage, so it must be inspected and replaced often.

4, maintain gas working pressure. To prevent steam leakage, the maintenance gas in the bright furnace should maintain a certain positive standard air pressure. If the maintenance gas is radon gas, it should be widely done about 20kBar.

5. There can be no water vapor in the furnace. First, it is necessary to constantly check whether the furnace wall is boring and boring. When carrying out the initial furnace loading, the raw materials of the furnace wall must be air-dried; Second, it is necessary to check whether the steel pipe into the furnace has residual water stains, some steel pipes will have holes, then dry can not have water to the bright furnace, otherwise it will lead to adverse effects on the whole process of stainless steel processing.
