There are three kinds of stainless steel microtube formation process: empty pull, straight pull and disk pull.
Ordinary thin tubes with low tolerance requirements are empty drawn. The wall is not thick, generally not more than 0.5mm, and the price is cheap.
The tolerance is required to be slightly more accurate. If the wall thickness of the outer meridian is higher, the straight drawing process will be adopted. The tolerance range is generally within plus or minus 0.05mm.
If the tolerance requirement is high, the drawing process will be adopted. The drawing process can be drawn more than 1000 meters at a time, even thousands of meters. The tolerance is also accurate, and it can be controlled at plus or minus 0.01mm, so the price is much more expensive.
